DESK-9899 - Manual Entry Deletion: Users can now delete manual entries within Desktop 3.0.
DESK-9784 - New Transaction Checkbox at Login: Added an option to start a new transaction directly from the login screen.
DESK-9773 - SIM Card Warning Update: Removed unnecessary SIM warning for Samsung devices in AT Mode when a SIM is inserted.
DESK-9702 - iOS RAM Details: Added RAM details for iOS devices in device information.
DESK-9900 - Workflow Optimization: Devices will no longer enter preparation mode if no actions are selected in the workflow.
DESK-8646 - Samsung ADB Auto-Prepare: Implemented automatic preparation for Samsung devices using ADB connection.
DESK-10047 - Grading UI Enhancements: Updated UI for grading and applied multiple visual improvements.
DESK-10048 - IMEI2 Missing in Cloud DB: Resolved issue where devices were not saving their IMEI2 data in the cloud database.
DESK-10046 - LCD Status Issue: Fixed issue where devices were incorrectly showing LCD as N/A instead of Genuine.
DESK-10064 - Windows 3.0 - Result API Sync Issue: Fixed an issue where data was not syncing correctly using the Result API.
DESK-10114 - Windows 3.0 - Auto-Print Not Working: Resolved an issue where Auto-Print was not functioning on stations.
DESK-10115 - Printing Issues from Cloud Lookup & Transaction History: Fixed an issue where users faced difficulties printing from Cloud Lookup and Transaction History.
DESK-9991 - SIM Unlock Process Stalling: Addressed issue where devices stalled at the SIM unlock step without pressing the unlock button automatically.
DESK-9986 - Incorrect Unlock Comments: Fixed issue where the comment section displayed “Unlock failed” incorrectly.
DESK-9985 - Cloud Lookup Printing Issues: Resolved issue where certain devices could not be printed using Cloud Lookup
DESK-9966 - Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra IMEI2 Display: Fixed IMEI2 display issue for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra.
DESK-9889 - Transaction View Limitation: Addressed issue where the "View Transaction" feature only allowed export and search for 100 devices.
DESK-9888 - Device Lock Status on Labels: Fixed issue where iOS devices displayed "Device Lock: N/A" on labels and in the cloud database.
DESK-9855 - OEM LCD Identification: Corrected issue where devices with genuine LCDs were incorrectly identified as non-genuine.
DESK-9770 - Samsung A11 Erasure Issue: Fixed problem where Samsung A11 (SM-A115A) in AT Mode showed as erasing but never completed the process.
DESK-9767 - Brother Printer Label Workflow: Resolved Brother printer compatibility issue when setting label workflows.
DESK-9704 - Auto-Open App Issues: Fixed issue where the Auto-Open App function did not work on certain random devices.
DESK-9701 - Brother Printer Label Margins (Windows): Fixed issue where 2.4 x 3.9 labels did not fill information correctly to margins on Windows-only devices.
DESK-8617 - iCloud Lock Defect Disappearing: Fixed issue where iCloud-locked devices would lose their lock status when reconnected to the same transaction after a power cycle.
